This piece is my interpretation of a beautiful lily bouquet I was gifted. Painting from life is a rewarding experience when you remove the rules and bounds, as the beauty of life has no bounds. As I saw them, the florals were dancing and waving as they slowly wilted over the course of a week. This is a depiction of the life they lived.
